- When the correction was made (date and time, IST).
- Which article was affected (title and clickable link to the original URL).
- What type of correction — Correction, Clarification, Update, Editor's Note, or Retraction.
- What changed — a short note describing the original error and the corrected information.
NoteCorrections are never deleted from the original article. The article remains live with a visible correction note at the top or bottom, and a permanent record appears in this log. This is how we protect the historical record.
